Mr. Sandeep Patil
Founder and Director
Mr. Sandeep Patil is a Trainer, a Coach, an Author, Founder of IGM and Founder and CEO of SAPACT PVT.LTD
He has 24 years of experience in Finance, Finance in Co-operative Societies, Audit, Management, and Consultancy in the Co-Operative World. Mr. Sandeep Patil is the first person to start Training for Gold and Micro Finance in Co-operative Societies. He is known for his “out of the box” Subjects for Training and his unique way of Consulting and has also infused and made many organisations successful.
Mrs. Neelam Patil
Director and COO
Mrs. Neelam Patil is a Director and COO(Chief Operating Officer) of IGM and SAPACT PVT. LTD. She has 5 years of experience in Academic Teaching and then 10 years of experience in Training Management. She has handled the marketing, sales, strategy, research, and resources of our company.
Mr. Rupesh Kumbhar

He has 15 years’ experience in Banking sector at various departments. Assistant Branch Manager (Sales), Assistant Branch Manager (Loan), Assistant Branch Manager (Marketing), HOD – Administration, HOD – Marketing & Public Relations, Deputy General Manager – Marketing, Research & Development. Experience of arranging Co-Operatives trainings on various subjects. Work experience in Microfinance loan disbursement & recovery process. Experience in writing drafts on various subjects in Co-Operative sector and publish it as mouthpiece of institute. Experience in organizing Cultural programs and social activities.
